Be prepared with the following DOCUMENTATION;

Completed, separate, signed Personal Reference Form(s) for each buyer/co-buyer,
  1. Original of a valid U.S. Driver's License(s) for each buyer/co-buyer Original proof of insurance (POI) you must have full coverage, which is liability, comprehensive and collision. We will need the name, address and phone number of your agent.  If you don't have Insurance we can get you hooked up when you get here or click this link. Tell Trish that Want To Drive Now Sent you.
  2. Originals of the two most recent pay stubs (POE) reflecting YTD information for each buyer/co-buyer or if self employed an employment letter and 6 Months of the most recent bank statements or 2 years of your most recent tax returns. If you are on SSI or SSD or if you get child support bring your award letters and bank statements to show that you are receiving these payments.
  3. Original of a current (within the last 30 days) telephone bill*** for the phone number at the residence of each buyer/co-buyer or a gas, electric, cable, water, cell phone or other bill or bank statement that is in your name at the address you provided.**
  4. If any or all of buyer/co-buyer/co-signer have ever filed Bankruptcy - proof of discharge.
  5. *** If you don't have such a phone bill in the name of each buyer/co-buyer (but you do have a phone bill for each buyer/co-buyer's residence), then:
*** For each buyer /co-buyer for whom you do not have such a bill, you must give us the original of a dated letter signed by a person whose name does appear on the bill. It must state that Want To Drive Now.Com, as well as any company which "services" our contract with you, have that person's permission to reasonably call and speak to, or leave messages on that phone for, the buyer(s)/co-buyer(s) living at that address, from 8 AM to 9 PM daily; and
** For each buyer/co-buyer, you must give us an original (or good genuine copy) of a gas, water, bank statement, cable, Dish, Rental Company, Credit Card or electric bill in that buyer/co-buyer's name and for that buyer/co-buyer's residence address, as proof of residence (POR).
* Notice: If you do not provide all of the above information to us within 2 days of the date you receive this checklist, no further consideration will be given to your application and we will close our file on it.
